Jytte Vermaak (they/she) is a juggler, circus coach and dramaturg from Rotterdam, currently studying Circus at Stockholm’s University of the Arts. They started circus at a young age and since then circus has been an important part of their life. They performed in various circus and theatre performances, a.o. with the Rotterdam Tall Tales Company in 2023 and in 2021 created the acrobatics and juggling show, Mango with four other young circus artists. They finished a bachelor in theatre studies and literature in 2023, and then decided to follow their passion of juggling to circusschool. They are interested in exploring the combination of juggling and acrobatics and using literature and poetry as inspiration for juggling.
